[Caminol10n] RelNotes translated to Portuguese

Remember that in Camino 1.5.1 your l10n will be identified as generic
PT so that it's available also to Portuguese users. A note should be
added to release notes regarding this.
Also, Markus, you might rename the folder containing the Brazillian
Portuguese docs to simply Portuguese.
