Yeah! I've included that note. It is the following:
"Sobre a tradução para o idioma português
A tradução para o português disponível a partir da versão 1.5 do
Camino inclui somente a variância brasileira deste idioma. Assim,
usuários que falam português em outros países podem notar diferenças
de seus vocabulários. Se você tem conhecimentos sobre o idioma e pode
traduzir à partir do inglês para a sua variância de português, veja
como contribuir em nossa página da web."

In English it would be something like this:
"About the translation to Portuguese language
The translation to Portuguese language available since the 1.5 version
of Camino includes only the Brazilian variance of this language.
Therefore , users that speak Portuguese in others countries may notice
differences from their vocabularies. If you have knowledge about the
language and is able to translate from English to your Portuguese
variance, see how to contribute at our website."
