[Caminol10n] new dutch (without default browser bug)

Hello,

The dutch version also had that thing with the default browser.
Only the default button wasn't stretched, the button triggered by "cancel" (do not set as default browser) was correctly stretched.
It is fixed now, by using a shorter string.
