We could also have a table with comparison among various solutions.
While this would be certainly helpful for the rest of the web, it could 
also help us nailing down the problems we find in making the l10n 
process more efficient.

I remember someone here (maybe Dominik) pointing me to an application:

But I think someone tested it and it had several drawbacks.

I haven't used any of them, but I think a "Cocoa extension" (i.e. a 
link to nibtool and support for the Cocoa directory structure) for 
Mozilla Translator  would be cool.
