Look at the updated AppleGlot tutorial at http://cl10n.rwx.it and 
download the installer for the framework+palette.

Let me know if you have troubles (i.e. check if everything is installed 
as you read in the tutorial): I made the installer with very few 
knowledge and it has proven sometimes unreliable for some people here.
