[Caminol10n] Camino 1.5 Norwegian

I found the installer, and ran it, but I did not get a ~/Library/ 
Palettes/ in my home directory, and no ~/Library/Frameworks/ 
CaminoViewsPaletteFramework.framework either. The installer said  
everything is  OK. AppleGlot complaints about nibtool as before.
