[Caminol10n] Update on the UTF-16 little endian issue

I've had same problems as you. Try to search for duplicated IDs of
TextItem in AD file and delete those duplicates. Also, in some cases
I was only able to localize manually by rewriting strings in
Interface Builder (yeah I know I shouldn't). Then, after using such
localization as a _OldLoc I was able to get localized text with
AppleGlot in a newer version.
Also check the OpenFeed.nib file if it was localized
