[Caminol10n] camino 1.5.2 and 1.5.3 dutch

I'm very sorry, but I somehow completely missed the new release of  
Camino 1.5.2, and almost 1.5.3.
But I created the new release notes for 1.5.2 and 15.3, and a new  
package for Camino self.

I had so many problems with AppleGlot this time, I downloaded the new  
version 3.2.9, and this helped a lot with the little endian files.
