[Caminol10n] nibtool error...

I don't know if this has yet been reported.
The problem with AppleGlot is solved with this, but all translators
should have this problem, at least those with an Intel Mac. Is there
anyone with Mac OS X 10.4 an PPC to report this fix wasn't needed?
I recognized that this fix solves the AppleGlot problem, at least at
the surface, today. Haven't used AppleGlot since I encountered this
problem.

Could be a problem with nibtool on Intel Macs, not looking in ~/Libraray.
