Man, you have a quick sight (or a sloooow Mac) ;)

Uhm, it's impossible for you to have run Final Pass and still
have .nib.strings files around. Final Pass just does that: getting
rid of the working files!
It's also weird that you don't have any strings in
Localizable.strings, which is the main strings repository and which
isn't a collection of strings extracted from the .nib files, but a
separate strings list set up by Camino developers.
All in all, I think your AppleGlot environment is pretty much broken.
I suggest you do this:
- Create a brand new Camino AppleGlot environment
- Copy your dictionaries (including the glossary from Camino) over to
the new environment
- Put only a fresh original English Camino into the new environment
(in _NewBase)
- Start Initial pass and you should have most (if not all) the
strings already translated using the dictionaries
- If necessary, complete the translation
- Run Final Pass and tell us how it went
You will have to re-adjust the strings position and their assigned
box width via Interface Builder, especially for pref panes,
afterward, but before we must check that strings are fixed.

Ciao.
Marcello.
