[Caminol10n] simplified chinese translation nearly finished

AppleGlot dislikes me..and i dislike it no less. I hate it that an
increamental pass also takes a long time.

This means copying _ApplicationDictionaries and _LanguageGlossaries to
the newly created environment, right?

After i did this, it displayed as 100% translated. But if i opened the
NewLoc camino, it's still all english..
