[Caminol10n] simplified chinese translation nearly finished

William, due to some situations in the past we have this (for now)
really "soft" rule that requires proofreading for every l10n
submitted. Translating hundreds of strings often ends up in several
typos and omissions. You only need to find a fellow speaking your
language that uses Camino and runs through all menus and panels and
sheets for a couple of times. The reviewer doesn't need to have dev
tools and appleglot.
