[Caminol10n] nibtool in Leopard

Here's the scoop:

I would stay away from Leopard for all Camino localization work:
Leopard ships with XCode 3 which uses a different nib file format than
XCode 2.x (used for all Tiger-compiled apps).

In XCode 3, nibtool has been renamed xibtool, which will break current
version of AppleGlot and will not recognize your Xcode 2 nib files (or
may damage them...)
A new version of AppleGlot, compatible with Leopard, will be posted to
apple.com soon.

Finally, ADViewer is not Leopard compatible and will unlikely be
updated. If someone could write BBEdit scripts to jump from
translation string to translation string using simple keystrokes (à la
Cmd-1 and Cmd-2 in ADViewer), that would probably be a sufficient
replacement :-)

Bottom line, as long as Camino is compiled with XCode 2.x, I suggest
to stay on Tiger/XCode 2.4/AppleGlot/ADViewer, or use Leopard with
XCode 2.5 (nibtool) instead of 3.0
Once Camino is moved to XCode 3, then Leopard system with XCode 3 will
be the required platform to localize it.

More info to come as it arrives.
