[Caminol10n] nibtool in Leopard

quick corrections here:
- nibtool is now ibtool, not xibtool.
- Xcode 3, IB3 and ibtools do recognize IB2 nib files and do not
necessarily damage them. IB3 can save nib files in 2.x format.
However, once you do this, I am told that they can only be opened
again with IB3.
- The upcoming release of AppleGlot will support both environments
(Tiger/Leopard) with their respective XCode flavor, as well as both
PPC & Intel architecture. Goodbye little vs. big endian concerns. I
won't set anyone's expectation by giving you a release date because
the product still need minor polishing and review before it is
unleashed in the wild (and also because last time I gave a timeline,
the loc tools team made me look like a liar...)
Your patience will be soon rewarded.
Stay tuned.
