[Caminol10n] Camino 1.6 Norwegian

Yes I used an old pkg_make.sh, but with the new script I get no  
errors now, and a different package.

I know the FeedHandlers were moved recently, but I just downloaded  
beta 4 again from http://preview.caminobrowser.org/ and don't  
understand which files are located wrong in my localization.
