[Caminol10n] revised Camino 1.6 l10n deadline, release notes, and update description

Hi everyone,

As you might have noticed, there were no release notes at the 
beginning of the week.  Between me getting sick, the schedules of the 
Camino dev team, and Gecko developers deciding they were going to do 
an emergency security release, everything was pushed back.  I 
apologize for the delay in updating you, but I wanted to have more 
concrete information for you before I updated again.

The final release notes are now available on 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=425130 and the update 
description that we will show to users updating from 1.6a/b builds is 
available on bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426286 
(if you do not have localized 1.6a/b builds circulating in your 
community, there's no need to supply a localized update description 
for 1.6 final, since only users of the 1.6a/b builds will see the 
software update UI for 1.6 final).  The update description consists 
of the first paragraph of the release notes and a new sentence 
pointing to the online release notes.

The revised schedule for 1.6 is as follows (depending on the release 
schedule for Gecko 1.8.1.14):

* Camino 1.6 final en build available: Thursday or Friday, April 10/11
* Camino 1.6 ML build due to Camino dev team: Monday, April 14, 9 AM 
EDT (1 PM UTC), but Sunday evening EDT is preferred
* Camino 1.6 release: Tuesday, April 15
