You can export l10n from iLocalize, checking the compress option and  
send me the resulting .zip files. Also, remember release notes ad  
ReadMe files.

uhm, I don't know if Smokey's Troubleshoot Camino application can  
help. I think it just makes you start with a fresh profile. I bet the  
error is in prefs.js (or do you have custom preferences set in  
user.js?), but you should guess which line is the offending one. If  
you can get your prefs together in a little time (like I know I  
should), you can start with a fresh profile and then reimport the  
bookmarks.
My Security pane works ok, FWIW (Camino 1.6b4)
