[Caminol10n] Localized bookmarks

Thanks for the info. The guidelines doesn't say much about whether
link titles should be localized or not, for example, it says that the
"Apple - Support" URL should be localized, but not if the title should
be localized. This goes for most of the bookmarks. Also, I found it
strange that "Tech News" is a link group instead of a folder, this
seems like a mistake...?
