[Caminol10n] Serious must-fix problems in the ML build

Hi everyone,

I've been working my way through QA of the ML build.  I'm not done 
yet, but I've already encountered two problems that prevent us from 
shipping the ML build :-(

1) Marcello, you need to remove the EULA from the dmg, as it breaks 
Sparkle.  We'll be showing the EULA via the download page initially.

2) The preferences in the German l10n are really bad: there are a 
number of checkboxes that wrap to two lines and are cut off on the 
top of the top line and the bottom of the bottom lines, and a number 
of the preference names are cut off at the ends :(

I haven't finished going through all the languages yet (nor have I 
checked the 10.5 find bar), but I'll paste a quick list.  If you have 
a chance, please verify that your language's preference panes and 
find bar do not have items that are cut off.

* French, Dutch: cut off items in the prefs

* pl: fonts reset and font "like Times" cut off

* pt: "case-sensitive" cut off in the pre-10.5 find bar, elipses cut 
off in prefs buttons, tabs note cut off, fonts reset button cut off

The current plan is to ship only the English build tomorrow, but if 
we can get a fixed German l10n and a fixed dmg by morning, we'll ship 
the whole thing and pick up the rest of the fixes in a MLv2 or 1.6.1.
