[Caminol10n] Release Notes for Camino 1.6.4 + status of Catalan?

Hello,

I received OK from Jordi Simó regarding the Catalan translation a few  
weeks ago. Marcello told me it'll be in next Camino version (hope it's  
1.6.4).
