This works fine for me in IB 2.5.6 on 10.5.1 (but it will not work 
with IB3, since Apple changed the palette plugin format)--at least I 
think I opened the correct nibs (PageInfo and ProgressDialog).  I had 
originally installed the CaminoPaletteViewsFramework under 10.4.10 
and the upgraded to 10.5.1, but that shouldn't matter.

IB 2.5.x is the recommended IB for all Camino development (though IB 
1.5 will still work, if anyone's still on 10.3.9).  IB 3 should NOT 
be used for any Camino work.

More from me later, too (expect a non-feature-frozen b1 in about two 
weeks, and a feature/string frozen b2 at a point after that, date 
TBD).
