[Caminol10n] late-l10n minor fixes

Hi everyone,

After seeing JJ's message this weekend and enjoying a working 
AppleGlot(!), I took the new version for a spin and found a couple of 
places where "straight quotes" had crept into Camino.  After talking 
to Marcello and Markus, since these were not semantic changes, we 
decided to make the changes (in Keychain.nib and Localizable.strings; 
see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=420509).  As always, 
please make sure you use the appropriate typographic ("curly") quotes 
for your language when translating.

If you haven't started your translation based on the build I 
mentioned Saturday, please use

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/camino/nightly/2008/03/2008-03-04-01-1.6-M1.8/Camino.dmg

instead.  It has the added advantage that the Keychain actually works 
on 10.3 and 10.4 when you go to test ;-)
