[Caminol10n] Using iLocalize

iLocalize is 10.4+ only. I'd like to know if anyone actually working  
on l10n is still using OS X 10.3. Please show up NOW, to avoid being  
left behind (which would happen anyway when we start working on Camino  
2.0, AFAIK).

I will start testing iLocalize, too.
BTW, they changed their licensing policy, isn't it? Last time we  
checked, I think we dropped it because it would cost money to l10n  
teams to acquire a  license.
