Thank you very much Igor. I think setting up a routine and some  
guidelines shouldn't be hard after your notes.
I'll add some notes myself in a few days and we'll try to work around  
some glitches like the ones experienced by Markus.
In the meantime, regarding preferences, I'd add that you can set (in  
"Filters") the default quotes substitution rules for your language.
