Looks like so.
I had to figure out a couple of things.
- Before importing a language that is not already inside the package,  
I have to create it as empty in iLocalize (I started from my 1.6  
Italian l10n, not from the 1.5.x ML)
- When you import a language, all imported strings must be approved. I  
feared I should go through every file, but found out that there is a  
convenient command in the Translate menu: "Approve Auto-translated/ 
unchanged strings in [Selected/All] documents"
