[Caminol10n] Release Notes for Camino 1.6.5 available (plus a few other updates)

I'd like to stress these words and the important change they imply for  
how we handle updates distribution.
**There will be one and only one release of each localized version of  
Camino. Therefore, it's *very important* that release notes  
translations (which is by far the most requested task for regular  
update cycles between major releases) are produced and sent as soon as  
possible, right after the original version gets approved.
