[Caminol10n] Release Notes for Camino 1.6.5 available (plus a few other updates)

Hi Marcello,

Could you please use the release notes for Camino 1.6.5 translated  
into Spanish attached to this message instead of the file I sent  
earlier? One of the reviewers has suggested a change and I have  
followed his suggestion.
