[Caminol10n] First shot at Camino 2 and last call for missing 1.6.5 RelNotes

I've put together few notes about my experience with localizing the  
current Alpha version of Camino.

Given my experience and results, I recommend any existing team starts  
working on this release as soon as possible: the workload is pretty  
low and you will have more time later for the first attempt at  
localizing Gecko strings which Smokey is about to finalize.

And on more thing...
If Dutch and Portuguese contributors can provide Camino 1.6.5 release  
notes translation, please do it now!
