[Caminol10n] New status matrix: Camino 2.0, please update

I have added a page to our website, in order to track progress in the  
l10n of Camino 2.0

All members of the Camino 1.6 "group" have been enabled to edit this  
table, so you can keep us informed.
Also, known members currently working on Slovenian and Turkish l10n  
have received such editing permission and their languages have been  
added to the table.

If anyone from the Hebrew and Galician groups show up and tell me  
their usernames on our website, I'll be happy to add them to the table.
