[Caminol10n] Hello everyone, a Chinese version is locatilized

[tianhao]

I did found the project and saw a list of members, but I don't know  
how to form a team for the Chinese group. Moreover, I try to fix that  
problem but I cannot fix it. Maybe I will try it later. Let's work  
together to contribute to the localization of Camino and make it  
benefit to all the mac users in Chinese!
