Hi Tianhao and thanks for your work.
There's no need to build a formal group. A simple confirmation from  
one or more reviewers will do.
Please remember that, while we're eager to have Camino translated in  
Chinese, we want to reach the best quality in translations and in the  
necessary UI adaptations, so take your time for review and please ask  
everything you need on this list.
Also, as a registered user on the Caminol10n website, you are able to  
send messages to other users from their profile page.
As you can see at http://cl10n.rwx.it/teams we have several Chinese  
users and you may try to contact them (you have to do that one at a  
time).

If you feel the need for such a thing, I could also set up a Chinese  
"group" on the website, so you can post articles or small files (while  
the "group" functionality is available, I must say nobody on the site  
actually use it...)

Yes, but the best place to discuss such a bug is Bugzilla. If the bug  
affects l10n, please add the l10n keyword and add me (the email  
address is the same I'm using for sending this message) as CC for the  
bug.
