[Caminol10n] Hello everyone, a Chinese version is locatilized

Yes, Camino DOES NOT support the Firefox plug-in,
but there are still users enjoying Camino and they want to use that in  
Chinese version.
Let you and me form a team to archive the Chines project.
I am not very expert at cocoa, I need the help from you.

Thanks the administrator, one thing I concerned is that whether it is
