[Caminol10n] Hello everyone, a Chinese version is locatilized

[tianhao]

Ok, as Marcello Testi has mentioned, we have formed a group for  
Chinese localization.

Try the version and feed back some comments. Thanks.

note: the update function is still unfixed yet.
