[Caminol10n] Release Notes for Camino 1.6.8

Hi everyone,

The Release Notes for Camino 1.6.8 are ready for translation; they're

The release schedule is the early part of the week after next, i.e. 
16 Jun or so, depending on if the Gecko release is still on track and 
also on my schedule.  Marcello or Markus (I forget who is building 
this release), I'll have a binary the middle part of next week if 
everything is on schedule; I'll keep you posted on the schedule as it 
progresses.

Also, we're very excited to see the Chinese (Simplified) translation 
appearing again (Camino last had one in 0.8.x, four years ago)!  You 
still have some time to tweak and polish the translation before 
1.6.8, so don't feel like you have to rush yet.

For those of you who have been working on bringing your translations 
up-to-date with the Camino 2 beta builds, Camino 2 Beta 3 will be 
released in about an hour.
