[Caminol10n] Release Notes for Camino 1.6.8

Thanks very much and I have one doubt about the group,

Can I invite my friends who are not in the project to test the  
software and then feed back to you? Is that also valid? I have send  
the app to them to test it.

I am trying my best to let the Chinese translation version release as  
soon as possible.
