[Caminol10n] Release Notes for Camino 1.6.8

Hi,

here is the Russian RN for Camino 1.6.8.

As for Camino 2.0, I haven't done much yet, really. But if the time  
has come, I think I could make the Russian lproj available for testing  
within a week - 10 days.
