The proposal treats the just-released Camino 2.0b3 as "almost string frozen", with the final l10n freeze to come soon in an arbitrary nightly build once bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=391076 is fixed. Under this proposal, the final release would then come in about three weeks after that nightly, as we polish off the last bugs and website updates.

Your status will affect not only our decision on the proposal but also, if the proposal is adopted, what sort of Camino Multilingual release accompanies the English-only release (if only a few languages are ready, shipping a simultaneous Camino Multilingual may not be the best option).
