[Caminol10n] [Camino 2 l10n] DOM strings, documentation URLs

Hi all, I think we're all busy doing something for Camino!
Many of the expected release notes translations for Camino 1.6.8 have  
already arrived: see the usual status matrix at our website: http://cl10n.rwx.it

We're also working on Camino 2 localization and I wanted to notify the  
teams about a bug I filed, regarding the file  
global_locale_dom_dom_properties.strings
Several strings in it point to the Mozilla Developer Center, but with  
wrong URLs.

There are 2 sides of this issue:
- we shouldn't fix the URLs, which should be handled by MDC with  
proper redirects
- since, there are few MDC translations, which happen to match several  
Camino translations, I wonder if MDC has a language detection  
mechanism in place or we should localize the URLs.
Maybe French, Polish and Japanese users can try and click on the URLs  
pasted by Smokey at the bug's page:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=498313#c2
and see if they get a language redirect.

I've tried after setting the OS language to French and id doesn't seem  
to work :(
