[Caminol10n] Release Notes for Camino 1.6.7 ready for translation

Hi everyone,

I've just checked in the release notes for Camino 1.6.7, attachment 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=366987 on bug 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=481575.

We still have a few more changes to land before we build 1.6.7, but I 
wanted to make sure you all had the notes now, since there are more 
new notes to translate than in most of the past security/stability 
releases.

I don't yet know when we'll release (we had hoped for 17/18 March 
along with Thunderbird, but that seems unlikely at the moment), but 
if you can try to have your Release Notes translations ready in the 
early part of next week, that would allow us maximum flexibility to 
finish off the release process.
