[Caminol10n] Camino 1.6.7, Camino 2.0 updates, and bugs

The plan is to "land Sparkle 1.5 once it's done" ;-)  Right now what 
we have in cvs is newer than Sparkle 1.5b6, but apparently a little 
out-of-date compared to the tip of the development branch.  Last we 
had heard, Sparkle 1.5 was to be released in December, but obviously 
that didn't happen, and I'm guessing it won't happen before we ship 
2.0 (or at least 2.0b3).  My guess is that we'll make one more update 
to Sparkle tip, right around 2.0b3, and that will be that for 2.0.
