[Conkeror] conkeror-xr will not start

Hi Hans,

2.1.9?  I'm aware of a 1.9a8pre, and I understand it is rather buggy.  Use
1.8.x for now.

This list is in deed the correct list for conkeror-xr, though I am rather bad
about checking it.  I can usually be found in #conkeror on freenode.
