[Conkeror] firefox remote protocol in conkeror?

Yeah, this time around it's worthwhile (though I'm a little surprised
that ubuntu doesn't already have a wrapper like that; under macos, the
"right" thing to call is "open".)  I guess there's "sensible-browser"
but it only provides "URL" and no more subtlety than that... I should
at least do the update-alternatives to point that to conkeror as well,
that'll get some apps for free.
