jbms and I talked about this problem in the irc channel last night,
and his idea was to change conkeror's key handling system so we will
always use `keyCode' and never use `charCode'. `eval-expression' will
be bound to `M-S-;' (meta shift semicolon). Essentially, conkeror
will no longer have any assumption about the existence of a `:' key,
because mozilla no longer supplies that information. He said he would
write up this change when he has time, so a fix should be forthcoming
in our experimental branch.
