[Conkeror] conkeror roadmap

Another way to put it - conkeror has both frames (X windows) *and*
buffers (tabs but without the visual decoration), in the emacs sense.
M-n/M-p cycle buffers within a frame; c-x c-f URL opens in a new
buffer in the current frame; firefox openurl opens up a *new* frame if
you specify new_window:
firefox -remote openurl\(http://hiveminder.com/todo/,new-window\)
and in some existing one if you don't (actually, and this may be
fixed, but in the version I have, if you leave out new-window, it
opens in the visible buffer of the newest frame, rather than in a new
buffer...)
In my usage, I typically have one frame with 50 to 150 buffers (and my
own conkeror-specific page-saver so that I can log back in and get
them all) and occasionally additional single-buffer frames for webapps
like gmail, zimbra, hiveminder, and similar web2.0-ish non-browser
stuff.
