Webjumps use the same interface as open-url which is both more
convenient than M-x by default (you just press "g") and it's useful to
be able to easily customize and add completions to the normal URI
input facility.

Whether such functionality is provided by the current webjump system
or some other more generalized facility doesn't matter as far as this
feature request is concerned.
