[Conkeror] Poll: how important is emacs-style splitting of top-level windows into multiple panes?

I personally have desired the ability to do this for a while.
Sometimes, for example, I want to be testing things efficiently using
data from one page in another. Rather than create a new frame, and
then do Mod-< in xmonad to put both frames in the same column and
Mod-> when i'm done to revert to traditional layout, it would be
*much* easier if I could simply do C-x 0/2.
