Hey Jim,
Glad to hear you're enjoying conkeror. Conkeror supports `C-h b'
(`describe-bindings') to list all the bindings in the current keymap.
As for the question of bookmarking frames, `0' refers to the toplevel
page itself for any command that wants you to select an object on the
page (e.g. c 0 to copy the current page's URL, or s 0 to save it).
