I agree,

It seems that webjumps aren't of any use unless you know they exist,
and if you are going to need to look them up anyways, it is not much
more effort to copy them from the wiki to your config.  Then they are
located in your config file, where customizations belong.

I would vote for moving all webjumps but conkerorwiki to the wiki, and
then add a link to the wiki page from the Conkeror User Manual.
