[Conkeror] Some keys in the User Manual are not working

I am on OS X.

When I go through the keyboard-setup, it will not add entries when I 
hit keys like <, /, and >.  There may be others as well.

It adds a keycode of 0 and an empty string as the keycode name.

Is this an existing unresolved bug?  I'm not seeing it in roundup.
