[Conkeror] use_vi_keys and toggle_eod_space

Is use_vi_keys gone?  The function seems to be gone from the source, but
there is initViKmap, which doesn't seem to work.  Also, if I put
toggle_eod_space in my conkerorrc, then any later commands (such as
add_webjump) are ignored.  Is toggle_eod_space working correctly?
